We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our merchandise. All packages are inspected prior to outbound delivery to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving the order
All return items should be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging (or equivalent). Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will review the package to ensure that it is in proper condition. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment approximately 3-5 business days following receipt.
Please note the following;
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for Return Merchandise Authorisation number
- All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
- Installed products with cut wires or any damaged returned from a US address will be subject to a fee
- Our free return shipping offer applies only to the 48 continental US states and excludes certain items.
Oversized Item Return Policy
As indicated above and in our Refund Policy, you may also initiate a return for most new and unopened oversized items within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund when returned in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
You are responsible to pay the return shipping fee when you return an oversized item for any of the following reasons:
- Refuse a delivery without inspection
- Miss a delivery appointment
- Return a non-defective or undamaged product
All returned oversized items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our warehouse. We will give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping fee if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse.
We stand behind each product you receive. If you believe you have received a product that was damaged during shipment, incorrect merchandise, or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days to receive a replacement piece. Please include images of the damage when contacting Customer Support.
if you plan to return a purchased item, please email us at email@example.com. Our Customer Support team will respond to your request with (1) a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) and (2) the warehouse address where you should ship the return package.
We must issue you an RMA number before accepting returns. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging of the product. You may use any shipping company of your choice to return the product. We recommend FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
To ensure you receive a timely refund, please reply to our email with the tracking number of your return package so that we can actively track its expected time of arrival.
Return Shipping Cost
Please kindly note that our shipping policy offers free Continental US States shipping to the customer. It does not cover the cost of return shipping.
We have elected to offer free shipping for the original delivery and defer only the return shipping cost. Because returns comprise a small portion of overall orders, the majority of customers will benefit more from our shipping/return policy when compared to the policies of other retailers.
Processing Your Claim
If your package returns to our warehouse in original condition, you will receive your refund back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
If the package arrives damaged, you may not receive a proper refund. To prevent this, please ensure that you return the merchandise in original (or equivalently secure) packaging.
